I ordered "Swiss & mushroom burger. I received the burger patty melt...I got the attention of the server who admitted she remembered my order but that she punched in the wrong order. She took my plate, which I had taken a bite out of the patty burger which had been cut in half. 10 minutes later I get the burger I ordered, however all they did was take my burger from the patty melt and put in on a bun, with cheese and mushrooms, instead of making a new burger. I could visibly see where I took my previous bite and the meat was in half too.
Not professional then when I went to check out, the server comped our bill 10%. They should have given the burger free. I pretty sure what happened is a health violation.August 02, 2016
